- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 28, 2019, by A Google UserAtmosphere creepy. Food lousy. Customer service worse. It took over an hour to get a completely blackened-on-the bottom, burnt chicken fried steak. When we complained about the quality to the owner, he said that "is just how it comes, ma'am. It's crispy because we cook it in bacon grease in a skillet." Crispy and burnt aren't the same thing. The waitress said she would discount the meal because my husband didn't eat the steak -- owner said he wasn't going to discount it because that's how it's supposed to be. Funny, I didn't see him eating it. I told him I wasn't going to be back and he seemed grateful. Horrible experience, and one I wouldn't wish to repeat. And I won't.
